Josiah Ludovico, Senior UX Designer

Senior UX designer specializing in complex operational, enterprise, manufacturing, and fintech systems. I translate technical workflows into intuitive digital experiences through research, systems thinking, usability testing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Over the past decade, I’ve led UX strategy and product design initiatives across fintech, manufacturing, enterprise SaaS, government, and operational software platforms. My work has included stakeholder interviews, onsite discovery, workflow analysis, usability testing, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and scalable design systems. I’ve partnered directly with executives, engineers, operational teams, and end users to modernize complex systems and improve how people interact with technology in real-world environments.

My experience includes leading discovery and UX for Department of Defense procurement systems, manufacturing support platforms, blockchain infrastructure products, financial applications, and enterprise customer experiences.
